Terms of Service — AirMail24

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and AirMail24 Ltd ("AirMail24", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of our email, calendar, contacts and related services (the "Service"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password and any recovery methods secure.

Because of our zero-access encryption, we cannot recover your password for you. If you lose it and have not set up recovery, you may permanently lose access to your data.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date where applicable.

3. Acceptable use

To keep AirMail24 safe and reliable for everyone, you agree not to use the Service to:

send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or operate phishing or fraud schemes;
distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt, probe or overload our systems;
infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
break applicable laws, or facilitate serious harm to others.

We may apply reasonable rate limits and automated abuse protections. These operate on message metadata and transport signals, not on the contents of your encrypted mail.

4. Plans & billing

We offer a free plan and paid plans (Personal, Pro and Family). Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis in the currency selected at checkout (GBP, USD or EUR).

Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required.
Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If a payment fails, we may downgrade your account to the free plan after a grace period.

5. Refunds

Paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee from your first purchase. If you are not satisfied within 30 days, contact us for a full refund of that initial charge. Renewals are non-refundable, but you can cancel before renewal to avoid being charged.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep the Service available and aim for high uptime, but we provide the Service "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and occasionally factors outside our control may affect delivery.

7. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you store and send through AirMail24. We do not claim ownership of your messages, files, contacts or calendar entries.

You grant us only the limited, technical permissions necessary to operate the Service — for example, to transmit, store and back up your encrypted data so we can deliver it back to you. We do not use your content for advertising and we do not sell it.

8. Suspension & termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms, particularly the acceptable-use rules, or where required by law. Where reasonable and lawful, we will give you notice and an opportunity to export your data.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AirMail24 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data arising from your failure to maintain recovery methods. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
